From Poverty to Prosperity: The Inspiring Story of Lawrence Lawal Malong.

Lawrence Lawal. Born in the Republic of South Sudan in 1976, he grew up in extreme poverty. As a child, he dreamed of shoes, but his family could not afford them. He worked hard to support himself and eventually managed to save up enough money to buy what he needed.

Lawrence worked hard all his life, but his luck finally changed when a relative died and left him a large inheritance. He decided to invest this money in the business and soon started making a profit. Over the years, his money grew and he became a millionaire.

However, his wealth caught the attention of his country’s government, which began to investigate the origin of his wealth. Where did it come from, Lawrence decided to take all his money and flee the country to Canada. He had to fly to Uganda because there were no direct flights to Canada. Unfortunately, when he tried to leave the airport, security stopped him at the request of the Sudanese government.

After a thorough investigation, it became clear that Lawrence got his money through the inheritance of his distant relative. He did nothing illegal and his money is legitimate. Lawrence was eventually released by the Sudanese government, but he decided to continue his journey to Canada, where he hoped to find a better life.

Once in Canada, Lawrence used his money to invest in local businesses and eventually started his own business. He became a successful entrepreneur and contributed to society by creating job opportunities.

Lawrence never forgot where he came from. He replied to his government and said, « Why didn’t the government investigate the sources of my poverty when I was poor? » It really is 100 percent logical.
